payment in paypal will be through paypal invoice only.payment can be either 50/50 (pay half after i send preview, then i make an invoice for the full payment after i send the finished piece) or full upfront (full payment after i send a preview of the sketch).refund can be given before sketch is given/approved.no refunds during the process unless there’s an issue on my end. no refunds after the finished piece is sent.revisions are free during the sketch/preview stage (max 3x).revisions after is colored is fine but may cost an additional fee depending how large the change is.commission will not be started until it’s paid.general
